Programmes

We have a diverse range of programmes available. Our International Foundation Programme is the perfect way to prepare for undergraduate study. For those looking to improve their English before starting their university journey, we also offer an English Language Preparation Programme - Online.

For those seeking a pathway to postgraduate degree study at a range of universities, our Online Pre-Masters and Online Accelerated Pre-Masters Programmes prepare you for a masters degree. 

You will need to meet English language and academic entry requirements to study with us.

You will need to have a PC or Mac computer. Whilst it is possible to access and interact with most course content using a tablet or smartphone, these devices will not work for assessments. If you do not have access to equipment, please let us know so that we can support you.

PC:

  • Any Microsoft Windows based PC (laptop or desktop, preferably running Windows 10)
  • Web Browser: Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge (Chromium version)
  • Webcam
  • Microphone
  • Installation of Zoom for Virtual Classroom

Mac:

  • Any Apple MacOS laptop or desktop
  • Web Browser: Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge (Chromium version)

Internet Connection:

  • Internet connectivity is required for access to all coursework. Internet connectivity could be in the form of a fixed line connection, 3G/4G/5G, wi-fi or other technologies.
  • Minimum: 600kbps download and 600kbps upload speed
  • Recommended: at least 1.5Mbps download and 1.5Mbps upload speed

Students in China looking to benefit from campus facilities and face to face networking opportunities can study their digital programme with Study Group Digital Learning at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Offering a unique combination of virtual classes and in-person support, you will combine online learning with the benefit of building their international community in-person.

Application support

Once you have chosen the programme you wish to study, you can use our simple online application form to apply to study with us. You don't need to do it all at once as you can save your progress along the way. 

Apply online and if you meet the entry criteria you will receive a response within 48 hours. One of our dedicated student enrolment advisors will speak to you about your application and support you throughout the entire process.

Our team of expert advisors can offer you support in multiple languages, including Chinese and Arabic. We are available by email, phone and in some countries instant messaging to help you with every stage.

If you are successful in your application, we will send you an offer letter and take you through your next steps. Your offer letter will include any conditions you need to meet and explain your fees and payment plan.

Make sure you are aware of any deadlines and any additional requirements to confirm. Some courses may have limited places.

You can confirm your place by paying your confirmation fee and returning your signed acceptance form.
